Pricing, timelines, and project scope may change if project requirements change.

A project is considered confirmed only after both parties agree to the scope of work and any required payment has been received.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information. - Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner. - Supply any materials or access required to complete the project. - Ensure they have the legal rights to any content, images, trademarks, or materials they provide.

Clients are responsible for delays caused by missing information or approvals.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created by SWEID remains the property of SWEID until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, except for any third-party software, tools, fonts, licenses, or assets, which remain subject to their respective license terms.

SWEID retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in delays, suspension of work, or additional charges where permitted by law.

6. Cancellations

Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Any deposits or advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

SWEID will perform its services with reasonable care and professional skill.

However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disrupt, or interfere with the website or its users.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
